The Story so far...
The ORVED Company was originally founded in Verona, Italy in 1984, and specialises in the design, manufacture and continual development of vacuum packing machines and machines for packing in a protective atmosphere.

The first vacuum packing machine designed and produced by ORVED, the VM/13, made history in the field of external suction vacuum packing, due to its innovative vacuum creation.

Unlike the more traditional and well known chamber machines this method presents several significant advantages, for example reduced machine production costs, reduced machine dimensions, extreme versatility and quicker operating times.

After this first model, many other models were developed, both the innovative external suction type and also traditional chamber machines.
ORVED's products can be recognised by high quality levels as well as advanced technological solutions.
The reliability and solid build of ORVED's machines can be proved by a worldwide market presence of over 20 years.

The bodywork and chamber of ORVED's machines are produced in stainless steel, which guarantees a strong, solid product.On top of this, the chamber machines have also been designed with special, rounded, internal corners, which facilitates cleaning of the machine and ensures hygiene.

Each ORVED machine adheres to the strictest of international standards, as well as being EC Certified and observing ISO 9001:2000 regulations.

All ORVED machines are covered by warranty.
Technical assistance can be carried out quickly and professionally at ORVED's headquarters or through ORVED's international branches, importers and distributors.

All ORVED's major innovations are patented and nowadays the company has a range of vacuum packing machines which is most certainly the most diverse and complete within its sector in terms of both design and pricing. For the past ten years ORVED has also manufactured thermosealing machines for tray sealing only or for sealing in a modified or protective atmosphere. Patents are also held for these machines.

ORVED is represented in the national market by agents and resellers and can be found at the most important exhibitions of its sector. Internationally, ORVED is represented by importers and distributors.

ORVED's main objective is to develop it's exports, penetrating as many international markets as possible. With this is mind it is currently developing a production plant in South America and further production initiatives and joint ventures are planned for those countries where exporting proves difficult due to transport costs and customs duties.
